Our modern version of tarte Tatin is made with Breton buckwheat shortbread, caramelized apples and pollen mousse.

Ingredients :

Apples, butter, buckwheat, sugar, eggs, liquid cream, milk, white chocolate, baking powder, fleur de sel, NH pectin and gelatin.

May contain or have been in contact with the following ingredients: Gluten (wheat, rye, oats, triticale, and barley) soy, sesame seeds, tree nuts, flax, sulphites, eggs and dairy products.
