Cidre Mauve was developed in collaboration with Authentique Projet which brought together several ingredients from different producers to arrive at a high quality final product.
This cider is made from Empire ice apple must, Sabrevois red grape ice must and Coteau St-Paul blackcurrant, pure elderberry extract from the Vitalité Sureau farm in West-Brome as well as haskap berries. from Verger Cammia in Rougemont.
This purplish, effervescent, sweet and fruity cider reveals its aromas of summer berries with a long apple finish.
