Sourdough Kamut
An excellent healthy option, this bread contains less gluten and has a high protein content. With its tender and slightly sweet crumb, it can be served very well on toast or in a sandwich.
Ingredients
Kamut flour, sourdough, kamut flakes, salt, yeast.
May contain or have been in contact with the following ingredients: Gluten (wheat, rye, oats, triticale, and barley) soy, sesame seeds, tree nuts, flax, sulphites, eggs and dairy products.
