Raisin Danishes
Unbleached white flour, butter, pastry cream (milk, eggs, sugar, flan powder (modified corn starch (E-1422), vanillin, beta-carotene, riboflavin¬)), raisins, sugar, eggs, yeast and salt sea.
Apple and maple turnovers
Unbleached white flour, butter, applesauce (apples, maple syrup, agar-agar), sea salt and cider vinegar.
Chocolate plié and caramelized pecans
Unbleached untreated white flour, unsalted butter, pastry cream (milk, liquid egg yolks, sugar, flour, starch, butter, natural vanilla extract), chocolate 70% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla essence), caramelized pecans (pecans and sugar), whole egg, sugar, yeast and sea salt.
