Classic OSE - Pomone Vineyard
White wine from 40-day skin maceration (orange) of beautiful clarity, brilliant garnet red color with an orange tinted reflection. Expressive aromatics with aromas of caramel, barley sugar and nutmeg. The attack on the palate is frank with a beautiful complexity. A dry, supple, lively wine with light tannins with good balance and length on the palate. It goes wonderfully with salads, light red meats, fine cheeses, tapas as an aperitif and bistro-style dishes.
