This olive oil dough from “La Belle Excuse” is perfectly soft and easy to use for making pizza at home.
Refrigerator storage time: 24 hours
Freezer storage time: 3 months
How to defrost pizza dough:
Place the dough in the refrigerator the day before (about 12 hours) to thaw.
How to prepare it (fresh or once thawed):
1. Remove the ball of dough from its packaging and place it in a bowl that can hold twice its size. Let sit at room temperature for about 1 1/2 hours, or until puffed and doubled in size.
2. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness.
3. Add your favorite sauce and toppings and bake at high temperature (400°F to 425°F), until the edges become golden brown and crispy.
