Cooking method: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brush a previously beaten egg yolk on the dough to get a nice golden color. Place the still frozen tourtiere on the center rack. Cook for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 °F and cook 50-60 minutes. 

Ingredients : minced pork, shortcrust pastry and puff pastry (unbleached white flour, butter, water, white vinegar, salt), potatoes, milk, water, bread crumbs, chicken broth, onions, garlic, olive oil olive, breadcrumbs, spices, salt, pepper.
