Wine 2021

Coming from selected plots of the Frontenac gris, Petite perle and Vidal grape varieties, it presents itself in a tiled pink color of good intensity. On the nose, the wine offers a bouquet of aromas evoking small red fruits, flowers and spices, enhanced with vegetal notes. On the palate, the texture is supple and the fruitiness is very present, while a good acidity balances the generosity of the wine by giving it a lot of freshness and suppleness. We notice its amplitude and its flavors which linger for an adequate length until the slightly persistent finish.
