Les Sorbiers - Coteau St-Paul
A beautiful deep orange color with copper highlights, proof that the skin maceration has been very well controlled. On the nose, citrus peel and the scent of fresh pink grapefruit juice brighten our senses. On the second nose, the wine presents notes of butterscotch. The palate is very expressive: presence of pleasant tannins and good persistence. An elegant reminder of citrus fruits, confectionery and roasted nuts enhances the finish.
